1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, granulated sugar, salt, liquid smoke, garlic powder, and nutmeg. Dip shredded cheese into mustard mixture, roll in cheese. Chill in refrigerator.
