1 (5 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10 ounce) can English muffin mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (4 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare the muffin mix according to package instructions.
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and softened butter. Stir the cream cheese mixture into the egg, orange juice and marshmallow cream. Mix until well blended. Fold in the chocolate pudding mix. Spread mixture into an 8 inch pie pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat egg white until stiff but not dry. Beat in the cream cheese mixture until well blended; fold into the marshmallow creme mixture. Beat in the butter until well blended. Beat in the marshmallow cream and pecans. Beat with an electric mixer until blended. Spread on top of each pie.
