really good. nothing really special about it. i followed the recipe exactly
Love the recipes but generally do not use gluten
I really loved the flavor and tender chicken in these. I left my signature dressings out of the equation -- just used skim milk. I also didn't drain any water off the chicken, just cooked it longer.Next, I added some extra salt and black pepper to give it more spice. Last, I fried in a cast iron skillet (do this before you salt and pepper the chicken), as I discovered it takes longer to brown the chicken as other reviewers suggested,so I ended up doing it that. The results were PERFECT! 6 minutes on my Instant Pot and the chicken was alittle overcooked (but still tasted delicious). I used sliced chicken breasts and kept the veggies very fresh (but again, longer cooking time may be necessary). Only thing I did differently was to Add my own little salt and pepper to the chicken, just like some of my other cuisines, and ended up making this a little 'sherri
