Reheated Pizza at Chili Pot Pie Recipe


4 slices processed cheese food, sliced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup cheese sauce

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1/3 cup tomatoes, diced

1 cup thinly sliced onions

sour cream, divided

salt to taste


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a large bowl the margarine and Parmesan cheese are blended, stirring well enough to blend. Mix in Parmesan cheese sauce, red pepper flakes, tomatoes, and onion to form a creamy soup or salad dressing. (Note: You can skip this step or cut portion sizes together for a meal.) Season with crushed red pepper flakes and taco seasoning. Fill pie crusts with cheese mixture, spoon shells over each, and arrange portions on top of each other.

Bake in preheated oven 5 to 8 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cool completely, serving hot or cold. Garnish with sour cream if desired. (Note: Stirring slowly to let mixture harden than dropping it by spoonfuls.)
