1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
8 eggs
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
2 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9x13 inch baking pans.
In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, oil, baking powder and eggs. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, pepper and butter. Stir until well blended, then pour mixture into baking pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, uncovered, then uncovered for 30 minutes. Bake 30 minutes more, uncovered, in the preheated oven. Cool slightly.
In a medium bowl, combine flour mixture, sifted together with milk, sugar and pepper. Mix until moistened.
