16 oil for frying
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 cups all-purpose flour for coating
3 tablespoons sesame oil
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 teaspoons dried soy sauce
Mix chicken, flour, sesame oil, celery, garlic, salt, sugar, soy sauce and remaining 2 teaspoons sesame oil in small enough bowl.
Heat oil in Dutch oven or large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken breast halves in several batches in batches 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden everywhere. Drain chicken promptly, and sprinkle with seasoned flour. Place chicken pieces on to hot oil dish, and pour celery and minced garlic mixture over all. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
I made this and found it to be wonderful. About all I can say is that it is VERY rich and will require some purring around the eggs and the toast, but again, super easy and very good. WILL make this over and over.
