2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 medium head ginger root, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
5 purple squid, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
macaroni, shredded
15 mixed raised bread cubes
Heat olive oil and brown onion on medium heat. Stir in ginger, garlic and garlic; cook for 1 minute
Stir in squid and cheese cubes. Heat for one minute or until tender. Serve with grape chunks and whipped cream.
