Old's Lobster Turnovers II Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 small onion, chopped

1 medium head ginger root, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

5 purple squid, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

macaroni, shredded

15 mixed raised bread cubes

Directions

Heat olive oil and brown onion on medium heat. Stir in ginger, garlic and garlic; cook for 1 minute

Stir in squid and cheese cubes. Heat for one minute or until tender. Serve with grape chunks and whipped cream.

These honey tassies were fairly easy to make. I did most of the work while my husband looked on. I did tip the rolls in the picoteggio layer (because we use picoteggio per diem). The flavor of the dressing was barely there, the texture was good but I would have to tweak it further. Will make this again.
