1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 (3 ounce) can pineapple juice
4 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
2 cups white sugar
2 cups cherry juice
1 (8 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
Stir Jell-O into orange juice and pineapple juice. Stir in pineapple and orange juice.
Fill and freeze crust in an airtight container for 60 days (do not freeze). For best results, mix pudding mix with pineapple mixture.
