1 2/3 cups chopped green bell pepper
3 ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons white sugar
In a medium bowl, mix green bell pepper, tomato, red bell pepper, olive oil, tomato paste, salt and sugar. Cover and refrigerate for 10 hours, or until hardened.
