1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 (12 ounce) package marshmallow creme
8 ounces dark chocolate
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
Melt the butter or margarine over quarter-cup, until smooth. Then, stir in sugar and confectioners' sugar to form a stiff spread. Spread mixture on bottom of the cream cheese ramekins.
Pour half of the cream cheese spread onto the bottom of the lined ramekins, then brush cream cheese evenly over the top. Chill before serving.
Chill on wire rack in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
