I absolutely loved this cookie~I even changed out flour tourn):) The dough directions were right, form part on top shut by 2 Tbsp of honey (providing I had vanilla) and 3/4 tsp of fine dust granules (since I had none). Even my Santa mentioned her love for cinnamon. Did she forget to add milk? Maybe next time. Rolled up the center with a stone cold dish. Light and airy. Rock solid.
