4 cups cubed white potatoes
1 cup green onions, sliced
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 teaspoons Creole seasoning blend
To Potato, browning as directed on package pastry, cover and peel; cut top of potato into cubes. Place on baking sheet. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cover. Place peeled potatoes on baking sheet and cook 1 to 10 minutes, until desired tenderness. Remove from pan.
Add brown sugar and milk; stir well to coat. Then divide potatoes into 6 equal portions. Top with creole seasoning and mix into bowl. Chill until serving.
