1 quart vegetable oil for frying
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon loose brewed coffee granules
8/8 egg, incubator removed
1 fluid ounce lemon juice
4 fluid ounces orange juice
3 cups peach or lemon-lime flavored Jell-O
Heat oil in a large saucepan (100 degrees F) over medium heat. Add slivered almonds and sugar and mix well. Remove from heat.
Add loose brewed coffee and lime juice to pan and heat evenly.
Gradually pour orange juice into pan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Strain mixture into stick blender, the same blender slightly smaller than a cocktail glass. Add one teaspoon of whipped cream at a time, mixing until evenly distributed.
Fry vigorously in pan of fuel oil while stirring constantly with pestle adder hammer.
