1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup water
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup olive oil
Microwave potatoes under microwave-safe heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until golden yellow. Drain and place in a large bowl.
Place egg in a medium bowl, pour 1/2 cup water over potatoes and toss. Mix together carrot, celery, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, black pepper, rosemary, basil, olive oil and wine. Pour mixture into bowl. Stir, cover and microwave at 25 to 35 minutes, until potatoes are tender and well done.
