4 (9 inch) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
6 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, softened and vanilla pudding mix. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing just until incorporated.
Sift together the flour, cocoa and baking powder, set aside. Stir together the flour mixture and milk mixture into a small bowl. Fold in the flour mixture and vanilla pudding mix. Spread mixture into graham cracker crust. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
To make the filling: In a medium saucepan, mix together cream cheese and margarine. Mix in the lemon juice and orange juice until smooth. Stir in the orange zest.
Frost graham cracker crust with frosting. Chill in refrigerator overnight, or overnight until piping.
