1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 pound shell-free scrambled eggs
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread cream cheese, egg and scrambled eggs atop the bottom of two 9x13 inch baking dishes. Dust mushrooms with melted butter.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
