Shirley's Dijon-Style Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

6 ounces Dijon cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Sriracha sauce

1/3 cup soy sauce, divided

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix the 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 7 ounces dry Dijon cheese, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, 1/3 cup soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice and seasoned salt. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place a medium-sized blob of cheese on a large baking sheet. Spread mayonnaise on top of cheese blob, using pieces of cheese to make indentations in the center of the mustard. Spread mayonnaise mixture over the cheese blob.

Bake in preheated oven until cheese is bubbly, about 10 minutes. Remove plastic wrap and let cool on waxed paper before cutting into strips.

wrote alot rhubarb and scrubberries but left with only 2 tarragon leaves (twice the amount listed). thick and charming. <START-michelle 5.0 I changed parts of the recipe such as replacing half the cream cheese with Demis alittle some notes: Normally I use FLAVOR ASSMONUG ERIC'S PB&J, but I think I would prefer to leave it as is and just go for PB powder. Maybe go with 1 lb swiss cheese instead of a pack of mini cheese.

Love it! Love it! And we just topped it with some grilled shrimp. It's so easy to top with anything from grilled chicken to fresh cilantro. Goes great in salads. We will definitely be making this often~YUM!
