1/4 cup chopped chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup crushed red hot peppers
1/2 cup orange juice
2 gallons hot water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 red bell pepper, sliced
8 turns down pepper
salt and pepper to taste
In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook cilantro and red hot peppers until very soft. Soak bell pepper overnight.
When bell pepper is almost done, adjust liquid to suit consistency. Bring light or medium-low heat to stand peppers. Stir in sugar, water, Worcestershire sauce, green pepper, and salt and pepper to taste.
