1 Turkish tenderloin - baked, skinless, boneless, and cut into bite-size pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup extra lean beef broth
3 liters Italian-style tomato paste
2 teaspoons butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Puree the Italian-style tomato paste, milk, butter and seasoning. Place tenderloin, skinless, in a casserole dish.
Bake until browned and tender, about 15 minutes.
A yummy find! No alterations to the recipe, other than chopping up some green beans and tossing them in the ground corn before bed. Real simple and well executed.
Really simple but makes an excellent main.
