1 (19 ounce) can blueberries, drained and sliced
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup apple-flavored gelatin
1 cup milk
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 (20 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 egg
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 (8 ounce) can frozen blueberries, thawed
8 tart cool whip crepes, chilled and diced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix blueberries, pudding mix, gelatin, milk, sugar, egg, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon zest and lemon zest. Beat until smooth. Fold into blueberry mixture. Spread mixture into pastry-lined pie tin.
Pour blueberry mixture over pie. Roll out onto the prepared pan, and chill until serving time.
