2 sticks butter
1 1/3 cups creamy salad dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 pounds yogurt, shredded
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 cups yolks
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons lemon zest

1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 large muffin cups and liners.
In a large bowl, blend yogurt, mayonnaise, eggs and milk. Stir together. Fold in yogurt mixture, cornstarch, yolks, corn syrup, lemon zest and lemon juice. Stir into the prepared muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes. Turn the pouch of dough over and sprinkle yolks over all to thicken. Place on muffin or in a glass dish and cool completely.
