1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup margarine
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried bread crumbs
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Preheat grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
Heat oil in larger skillet over medium heat. Fry the ground beef for about 1 minute, or until browned, stirring constantly. Drain excess fat, but do not brown the meat.
Slice each slice of bread into 3 small strips. Put strips on prepared grill so that they are 1/2 inch deep. Place meat slices on sheet.
Heat tomato sauce in small saucepan over medium heat to moisten. Mix in garlic, onion, green onions and fish slices. Smoke for about 5 minutes.
Grill for 5 minutes, or until no longer pink. Move to oven.
