1 cup shortening
3 eggs, beaten
1 egg
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cups white sugar-flavored sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.
In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup shortening and 3 eggs, stirring until blended. Remove from heat and stir in 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of sugar and milk. Pour mixture over cookie dough and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 4 hour in the preheated oven. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Use for different kinds of cookies.
