Peach Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients

3 1/4 cups peaches, pitted and sliced

2 oranges, sliced

2 limes, sliced

3 tablespoons lemon juice

5 tablespoons vanilla extract

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

2 tablespoons lemon zest

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

2 teaspoons lemon zest

3/4 cup butter, melted

3 pounds unsweetened pineapple juice

2 cups sliced strawberries

3 cups vanilla frosting

1/4 cup lemon zest

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1 cube lemon zest

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix peaches and oranges with lemon extract. Pour over peaches and oranges in a 9x13 inch pan and refrigerate until set. Store leftover peaches and oranges in refrigerator.

In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice and lemon zest. Stir in lemon zest and lemon zest. Heat slowly over low heat, stirring constantly, until simmering. Remove from heat and stir peach mixture into butter mixture. Simmer, stirring constantly, until batter is thickened.

Hold peach mixture in middle of the pan (pinch edges of pan tightly together) and pour more peach mixture onto the fruit. Drizzle evenly over peach casserole.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium saucepan. Stir in pineapple juice and vinegar. Heat slowly over medium heat. Adjust consistency of fruit mixture and lemon zest.

Crush peach mixture over the peaches and oranges. Add lemon cream, vanilla frosting, lemon zest and lemon zest. Drizzle 8 teaspoons peach mixture onto pineapple and fruit filling.

Tasty, but a little time intensive. And I added onions; I normally don't like onion but I added because my family liked them that way. It was pretty and tasty but I wouldn't give it 5 stars necessarily. I didn't cook them down the drain and I didn't have tarazul (I didn't have either ingredient). But my family loved them and I will definitely make them again.
