Turkey Chili Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

1 onion, quartered

6 cups water

2 stalks celery, quartered

2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped

1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1 cup taco sauce

Directions

In a mixing bowl, mix ground turkey, onions, water, celery, jalapeno pepper, bell pepper and taco sauce.

I first learned of this recipe from my father-in-law. This is truly easy to make and comes through in the flavor. I served it to his laboured meings since I had them prior to that. Oh and this recipe calls for butter, eggs and milk. So I did add those first and was happy with the resulting consistency.
