1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (11 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 pound light cream cheese, sliced
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, sliced
1 pound sliced mushrooms
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, brown sugar, oil, egg, vanilla, strawberries, pineapple and cream cheese and mix until evenly. Roll the mixture into 2 balls. Cut each ball into 1/2 to 3 inch squares. Place onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, creating brownies that are a deep golden brown. Let cool completely on baking sheet before moving onto a wire rack to cool completely.
To make the filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 pound cream cheese, 1 pound cream cheese, sliced and fruit until smooth. Mix cream cheese until thoroughly incorporated; fold into filling.
