1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 ripe cooked egg
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, crumbled
1 package frozen chopped spinach
1 small onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
16 slices fresh crabmeat
Place the parmesan, olive oil, garlic, dill, rosemary and pepper sauce in a blender and puree. Cover and chill, stirring occasionally. Remove mixture, puree in blender and puree in processor. Process until pureed.
Spread egg and sugar over dry ingredients and stir into mixture. Layer with cooked egg mixture. Spread spinach over that, increase layer height, and spread crabmeat over each layer.
Roll the sandwich into balls or discs and wrap each ball in a green ribbon. Arrange on marble to enjoy.
