1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
2 1/4 teaspoons orange zest
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 (18 ounce) can ladyfingers, broken into pieces
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a large bowl, combine vanilla extract, salt, orange zest, orange zest, butter and brown sugar. Mix well, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cut ladyfingers in half and scoop the orange slices onto each ladyfingers. Place the ladyfingers, cream cheese and butter over the ladyfingers. Mix well, and sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese.
