6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease 10 muffin cups or shallow baking dishes.
Place potatoes and cheese in a large bowl, and toss to coat. Season with Worcestershire sauce, flour and milk. Add milk, garlic powder and pepper to mix well. Divide mixture into 10 greased muffin cups. Place 1 cup each in prepared pan.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 to 5 1/2 hours. Serve warm.
