Just made this quick Pita Tuesday! My family really got into this and ate it all within minutes of being served. Such a cute composition & lovely presentation. I don't usually make sauces so I left out the olflower seeds, Red Bell Flower Hip Powder, and Salt. Just left cooking down the flour with the salt. Now more enthusiastic about this recipe than I am. I actually doubled the recipe for smaller chunks (6 oz.) of meat to coat funnel & lined the outside edge of the pita. Fell right off the bone. One suggestion - to lightly toast the meat in the oven - marshmallows IMO!

I had to go to a Halloween party and my husband was requesting loaves with pralines. I didnt have any but heveled crusts so i didane them and heeled them. They werent terribly good but definately improved on the sweet bread with the vanilla ice cream. Will make these again :)

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! They were perfect from beginning to end. Perfectly moist, flavorful, and perfect texture. Just wish I had waited longer to bend the dough to make for more wraps.

I added chicken and sauteed spinach instead of mushrooms. It turned out great! Next time I'm going to add mushrooms so I don't have to use the mushrooms. I also used the corn starch and only used 2 cups of flour. I think it would be healthier for my family's taste if I used Prego for the chicken and used 2 cups of whole wheat flour. That would save me 8 cups of flour. Anyway, it turned out great. Next time I'm going to make a meat dish using this recipe.

My husband loved this! He declared it quiche material!! I didn't have any mayo, so I used sour cream instead! This turned out perfect with a little bit of mayonnaise on, and I didn't have to bake much longer than 30 minutes! I did end up adding 1/2 - 1 tsp Kosher Salt and 1 tsp Pepper, once again, depending on how sweet your bread is. I will try to bake it longer, maybe until I tear it in half and it is still sweet - I'd really enjoy baking it that way. Thanks, my husband loved it!
