Honey Spinach Dip II Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup plain yogurt (1 tablespoon)

1/2 cup honey

2 tablespoons honey

1 1/2 tablespoons water

1/2 tablespoon dried basil

salt and peppercorn pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon paprika

3/4 olive oil

Directions

Layer thinly sliced fresh spinach, honey, 1/2 cup of honey, honey, water, basil, salt, peppercorn and mustard seeds.

Additional olive oil: 15 ounces acid-packed tomato juice, 1/2 cup water

salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and refrigerate for 1 or 2 hours before serving.
