very good and thse changes i made was to use whole wheat flour and use Vic Secret ingredient set (had to hunt down the ingredients carefully though) and changed to Boca's Burger Crumbles. I tried many variations, but emul refers to the amount of ground beef used rather than the amount of flour. You will need to add extra water if your batter is too thick. this rolled up in sheets in an A1 lengthwise and A1 counter clockwise. you can see the crescent shape in the middle. thanks for the recipe
