1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle non-dairy creamer (e.g. Coconut Creamer or Sweetened Coconut Creamer)
2 cups water
1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup peanut butter
1 (11 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
In a large cup of cool water, combine icing, creamer, 1/2 cup water, pudding mix, peanut butter and pineapple. Shake vigorously until dollops form. Cover cup and refrigerate to chill.
When ready to serve, scoop into individual serving dishes or glasses. Sprinkle top of each pudding with orange zest.
