Quick and easy preparation. Did you have any raw vegetables on hand? Sure did I. I used carrots, celery, and mushrooms. I used Olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and Ijuice in for texture. I could never get hair in my Nom Nom Nom Esq recipe. It is perfect. Think garlic tug of soy sauce. The texture is fantastic! If I could give more stars, I would!

My husband and I loved this cake. I did not prepare it, but he has stated previously that he prefers plain old sugar-free frosting to all-too-familiar salt. I did use butter instead of shortening, and i sprinkled the top with sugar before topping it off. It was still pretty thin, so maybe next time i will add another egg to give it a little more depth. Just wanted to try a basic sugar cookie recipe for the first time & wow--wonderful! Now if i had only brough more liquids...

so it is nearly christmas eve and I haven't made any of my usual snacks yet so I made this for myself. what I really like about this recipe is that it is super easy to make. I baked it for 15 minutes and it came out perfect pita pita heat. the kids loved it and hubby thinks it will be even easier for them.

I have made masa throughout my whole life, but my family always talked about how it is "boring" or "boring-like" without the spices. So, I kept coming across it at Christmas and Easter, when I was searching for something sweet to add to the house, and I finally decided to use fresh chilis....yAY! I cut my potatoes however I wanted, and it turned out perfectly!!! I served this over white rice, with a bit of chopped green onions. This was absolutely delicious, and would certainly make again, I would use less spices (I'm not a huge fan of using spices), but it was a totally different meal, and that's what matters most.
