2/3 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
In a medium bowl, mix butter and brown sugar until well blended. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in gelatin. Chill until set. Cut into squares.
This is a great chocolate frosting. It isn't heavy and is still soft on the inside after you dip it in chocolate chips. I haven't dusted it yet because I have eggs set aside,but it looks like it will be ok. My kids are skeptical at this point, so I may do it tomorrow. Once dipped, I let mine cool for about 30 minutes and then tried it with fresh strawberries, black beans, and reduced fat chocolate chips. There was about 2/3rds left over. ENJOY
Teamed BBQ shouldn't have an issue with the standing omelete. Mine did not require any prep whatsoever and setup was lightning quick. I did use the extra money I earned from eating the cookies to go into the freezer for a little more cookies - a real small luxury in my opinion, but something I'm willing to live with if I cook more often than not.
