1/3 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into thin strips
1 (1 ounce) package instant biscuit mix
1 1/3 cups boiling water
1 1/3 cups whole milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine water, oil, butter and chopped chicken. Pour into toaster oven with wooden spoon; cover. Cook on low for 5 to 6 minutes or until bubbles form.
When bubbles begin to appear, mix half-and-half cream and brown sugar; mix well.
Bake chicken at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until juices run clear. Serve on hot cooked rice or stir in chicken.
