I've been trying to get someone to try this recipe for years... and they always give it a miss. ( Especially the first time I try it .) So I decided to give it a try myself. I made this recipe as directed. I loved it but I2 changed some facts: 1.) I used raw cacao powder instead of real cocoa powder, and 2.) I didn't have any instant espresso. I think these changes alone should give you an idea of how it might taste. After reading the reviews I decided to make it less sweet so it wasn't so milkshake-like but still delicious.
