Peafowl Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) can white peas

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (2 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup butter

1 cup milk

1 cup beer

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium mixing bowl, mix peas, cream cheese and cream cheese. Then stir in butter, cheese and milk. Mix the egg and milk mixture thoroughly into the cream cheese mixture. Mix in beer, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into the dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

Thanks for sharing this easy recipe.....I tweaked it just a little....I added garlic powder and cracked black pepper. But, wrapped it in tin foil for extra protection.I've never frozen anything prior to the freezing point (eg potatoes). This stuff is great for camping, fishing, and outdoor cooking!!
