1 cup roasted barley
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon ground fresh ginger
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a blender, combine roasted barley, salt, sugar, ginger, olive oil, garlic and salt. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into crust.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until barley is tender and golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.
