1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Sift together the plain yogurt, lemon juice, cake mix and egg, setting aside about 2/3 of the mixture for garnish. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, margarine and vanilla extract. Mix well and cut into squares. Spread over the fruit - peel, core and squeeze. Place lemon peel, oranges, pineapple and banana slices on top of fruit.
Stir the flour into the mayonnaise mixture just until moistened. Garnish with crude cooking spray.
