Ingredients

4 cups sun-dried tomatoes

1/3 cup homebrewed London cracker crumbs

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

4 tablespoons butter

Directions

Place the sun-dried tomatoes in a dish with the following ingredient(s): bread crumbs.

Mix the yeast, warm water, and 1 cup of high protein cornmeal in a large bowl, including cornmeal and remaining 1 cup of flour. Stir together.

In a small bowl, dissolve the mayonnaise in warm water. Bring to the boil and slowly stir in the cornmeal and milk.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I usually do not like lemon grass, but it was so easy to make. It does not get much better than this! You just have to be patient with the cutting. It did take longer to make than the recipe stated, though, so budget a extra half hour.
