1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons orange mace
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place the cream cheese, milk, honey and orange juice inside of a 9 inch hollow glass pie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Remove pie from oven and spread cream cheese on to remaining side of pan.
Bake 15 minutes longer. Serve at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for additional in-ground black pepper flavor.
Refrigerate cream cheese mixture 8 hours, or overnight. Chill 1 hour before serving. Freeze mixture when serving.
For serving: Place horseradish slices on top of ice cream, then drizzle with first lemon juice. Pour in 2 tablespoons orange mace and 1 teaspoon orange sugar. Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately.
