1 (4 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup sliced artichokes
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced celery
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup minced fresh spinach
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 egg
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup minced onion
In a large bowl, mix chicken broth, cream cheese, cream cheese mixture, lemon juice, milk, pepper and Cheddar cheese.
In a small bowl, mix artichokes, onion, celery, mushrooms, spinach and celery. Mix all together and spoon mixture into pie shell.
Spread French bread mixture on top of pie. Garnish with shredded cheese.
Pour orange juice over top of pie. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
