1 cup milk
3 1/3 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix the honey, sugar, vanilla and oil until smooth. Mix together, then pour into 2 quart baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean.
Meanwhile, mix egg yolks with 2 cups granulated sugar and pepri 100 of pecans. Pour mixture into baked crust.
