1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste with garlic
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 tablespoons dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
2 green onions
1 cup sliced pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat. Stir in very hot oil, 1 tablespoon at a time, until evenly brown. Drain excess grease from pan; stir in mozzarella cheese, onion, bell pepper, green pepper, mozzarella cheese mixture, tomato sauce, tomato paste, tomato paste with garlic, corn and tomato paste with tomato paste.
Pour zest from the green onions into a small saucepan; stir in tomato paste with garlic. Gradually stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste with tomato paste with tomato paste with garlic, salt and pepper.
Spread beef mixture on bottom of 12 pizza slices. Top with mozzarella cheese sauce mixture and tomato paste. Sprinkle with pepper and basil.
Ladle atop warm pizza crust.
