1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups peanuts
In a blender, combine water, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla and peanuts. Blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven until brown on top, about 1 hour. Cool completely. Cut into thin strips. Serve warm or cold.
