Waffles and Honey for Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

2 1/2 cups quick-cooking breakfast cereal (e.g. Cinnamon Toast Crunch) mix

1/4 cup milk

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat waffle iron. Cook cake on a cookie sheet for 12 to 15 minutes. (Do not let it set before removing from oven .)

In a large bowl, combine eggs, cereal, milk, cream and vanilla extract. Mix only as much as necessary. Pour mixture onto the cake and let cool 10 minutes before serving.

a well balanced cookie recipe <stART>Meredith 5.0 I made this recipe, but left out the mushrooms and replaced half the sour cream with cream cheese. I knew it would be a little too bland, so I added some garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. I'm not vegan, so I didn't know how to make it without damaging the recipe. My recipe called for a tablespoon of vanilla essence, so I did double the recipe and made it a little thicker (at least when I counted it). It was still pretty thin, so maybe next time I'll add another tablespoon of flour. I'll be making this again--a hearty, satisfying, versatile side dish!
