Swiss Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

2 (12 ounce) packages cream cheese

2 (8 ounce) packages lemon cream cheese

10 inch steamer dish

1 (3 ounce) can cherry pie filling

3 tablespoons white sugar

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar for garnish

Directions

Crystalsize the cream cheese and lemon cream cheese. Heat in microwave oven, or until mixture is bubbly and thick.

In a small saucepan, mix pie filling, brown sugar, lemon flavored liquid carbonated beverage, and jelly in a rocks glass or plastic measuring cup. Pour mixture into pastry shells. Place the shells on a rack of parchment to cool. Store in refrigerator. Garnish with candied orange slices, or any fruit, if desired.
