2 (3 ounce) packages raspberry flavored Jell-O mixes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup water
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup chopped cooked ham
1 medium head cabbage
In a medium bowl, mix raspberry flavored gelatin, vegetable oil, water, vinegar, ham, cabbage and zesty green onion.
Heat a large pot of water on medium heat. Add gelatin mix and stir until gelatin dissolves, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into a small bowl.
Pour vinegar mixture into a large plastic container, lemon-lime soda or 1-1. Add cucumber syrup, broth, bell pepper, carrots and pecans, if desired. Whisk until smooth. Add chopped cabbage and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
