2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup cubed red cabbage
2 cups cooked bacon
8 boneless pork chops
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place recipe and mustard in a large bowl, blender or food processor. Mix together.
Place cabbage in a medium bowl. Mix the bacon into the cabbage, then dredge in enough of the remaining mustard to make a paste; stir into the remaining cabbage.
Place pork chops on the chops and roll in the mustard. Place chops in the lined 12 inch skillet with tails up. Roast in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Turn chops around, roll in mustard as instructed on package. Roast for about an hour in oven.
